Return and Exchange Policy We do not accept refunds on new or used vehicles, helmets, or electonric parts. We do not accept refunds on any used parts or parts that are sold as used parts. All sales are final. We do not provide a refund without a valid sales receipt. We will exchange any parts or accessories that are found to be defective.
Special Order Policy All special order sales are final, returns are not accepted. Special orders require a 50% deposit prior to ordering the item. This deposit is is non-refundable after the order is placed. The balance is due on delivery. We do not allow cancellations after the product has been ordered. We do not control when the vendor ships, so due dates we provide are approximate only. You will be notified as soon as your special order arrives in our distribution center. Special orders must be paid for and picked up within five (5) business days of notification.
Lay Away Policy

We will accept lay aways on all merchandise. A lay away is an agreement between you (customer) and Seminole Scooters, Inc. The customer will pay a downpayment of 50% of the final price of the merchandise, to include taxes, tag, and title fees where applicable. The downpayment is non-refundable and the merchandise remains with Seminole Scooters, Inc. until the balance is paid. The merchandise will be removed from the sales floor until the customer picks up the lay away.

The customer has ninety (90) days in which to pay off the balance. The customer can pay weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or in a lump sum. There are NO finance charges to the customer for a lay away purchase. The customer will be notified at the end of the 90 day period to pay off the balance. If the customer does not pay off the balance within one week of notification, the customer forfeits the deposit and the merchandise will be paced for sale again.

Warranty Policy Seminole Scooters provides warranties that are backed by the manufacturers of the vehicles that we sell. The length of the warranty and the coverage of the warranty varies with the manufacturer. For each vehicle sold with a warranty, the customer will be provided with the details of that warranty in writing. We will honor the registered warranties for any QLINK and CFMOTO. We do not provide any warranty for used vehicles, but we will honor any remaining warranty from QLINK and CFMOTO for which a customer is eligible.
